2023-2024 Gates Cambridge Scholarship|| Fully Funded

Applications are open for international students to apply for the 2023 Gates Cambridge Scholarship. International students as well as USA students who want to pursue their Master’s, and Ph.D. studies are encouraged to submit their applications.

Interested applicants should apply for a course at the Cambridge University first then select “Gates Cambridge Scholarship” in the Scholarship Portal. Students should note that Gates Cambridge has access to the full application for admission and funding when reviewing applications.

80 scholarships are awarded to students every year under the Gate Cambridge Scholarship program. Students can apply for scholarship in any academic discipline without IELTS.

Gates Cambridge Scholarship Coverage

Successful applicants will get the benefits below:

• To begin with, applicants will get a full tuition fee
• Secondly, University Composition Fee at the appropriate rate
• Thirdly a Maintenance Allowance for a Single Student
• Also, One Economy Round Airfare Ticket at both the beginning and end of the Course.
• Furthermore, Inbound Visa Costs & the Cost of the Immigration Health Surcharge
• Moreso, Academic Development Funding: £500 to up to £2,000,
• Additionally, Family Allowance: £10,120 for a first child up to £4,320 for a second child. However, there is no funding provided for a partner.
• Furthermore, Maternity/Paternity Funding. Applicants should apply to intermit their studies for up to 6 months and continue to receive their maintenance allowance during this time
• Lastly, Hardship Funding. This is for unforeseen difficulties.

Who Can Apply?

Interested students should meet the requirements below:

• Firstly, students must be citizens of any country outside the United Kingdom.
• Secondly, applicants should be interested in pursuing a full-time residential course of study at the University of Cambridge in:
  • PhD
  • MSc/MLitt
  • Postgraduate Course (Master)
• Thirdly, applicants should have academic Excellence. Thus, students must show evidence of academic excellence using their transcripts, references, and experience.
• Lastly, applicants should be able to make a strong case for a particular postgraduate degree at Cambridge.
